West Chicago, Ill. – The Robert Morris Women’s Golf team finished in second place of the Benedictine Invitational on Sunday, September 16th after losing in a play-off to Augustana College, who they had tied with a team score of 674.  There were nine participating schools in the two-day event that was held at St. Andrew’s Golf Club.

Andrea Mastro led the Eagles with a fourth place finish, shooting 166 (81 & 85) in the invite.  Kaitlyn Boehne was right behind her in fifth place with a 168 (81 & 87) while Andrea Falco came in ninth place with a 170 (80 & 90).  Other Eagle finishers were Danny Burns in 12th place with a 174 (82 & 92), Candice Koh in 22nd place with a 181 (93 & 88), and Sam Sandoval in 29th place with a 188 (94 & 94).  There were 56 individual golfers competing in the invitational.
