RMU Cheerleaders Bring Home Four Trophies From the UCA/UDA Camp

Milwaukee, Wis. – Each year, the RMU Cheerleaders and Dancers attend UCA/UDA camp at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Not only is this a great bonding experience, but they also are able to take skills they have worked on in summer training. The UCA/UDA Staff at this camp are amazing role models for all athletes to aspire to. Aside from being there to teach, they also encourage the cheerleaders to go beyond their potential and break out of their shells.

This year was very different from years past. The RMU Cheerleaders ended up brining home four trophies this year. The first trophy was fourth place, this was for a cheer that was taught by the UCA staff and then performed by the RMU Cheerleaders. The second trophy was also a fourth place for the sideline that was taught and once again performed. Next was their third trophy that was fourth place for performing the RMU fight song.  Finally, the fourth trophy was fourth place in overall game day performance. The Robert Morris University Cheer Team has been revamped for the 2012-2013 season and their hard work and dedication shows.
